The sentinel apartment refurbishment was undertaken for a loyal customer of ours who we have worked with in the past. On the 23rd floor, this amazing space has 270 degree views of the Sky Tower and views north up to Orewa Beach. The apartment was somewhat a lock and leave for our busy professional customers, the brief was to refresh the space that had not been altered since purchasing.

The work included two bathrooms to be completely refurbished, one laundry, several internal wall reconfigurations, the master bedroom scope included a high end wardrobe unit. A job of this scope with several sub-contractors involved takes superior project management to ensure we maximise site progression every day. Apartment renovations entail additional items like mechanical ventilation and fire systems that a normal house does not, this adds to the challenge but was nothing the Concept Carpenters management team could not handle.
